✹ Absolutely no speakers with bass allowed as this disturbs the Neighbours. No noise or music past 9pm due to city ordinances. If you wish to continue your fun time past 9pm, please bring your group inside with the doors closed. There is also a noise detector set up , you will be alerted if this goes off. Quiet times are from 9pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors!
✹ Only guest on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior consent is given by the host. The occupancy price is for 3. Guests over 3 are charged £25/day. This includes daytime visitors and any visitors on the property, up to 9 guests.
✹ Cameras: For your safety and security cameras are at the front door and side entrances of the home.
✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it’s typically a quiet environment, it’s quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
